Don't be Afraid of the Dark

The main reason the evolution is successful is the lack of fear for trying and making a mistake. That is the only sure way that mankind could make a progress. I've lived enough in socialist society and I know how difficult the failure was accepted. Then, everything was done in order to prove that the socialist model works. But it didn't. It didn't work big time. Because the regime refused to learn its mistakes.
Unfortunately, after the fall of the Berlin wall, they learned. And the Russian communist know how to influence the western leftist (useful idiots) which have no idea what is it in reality.
Because of the new liberalism the old Europe has and will have many problems with economic and ethnic, as well as ethic, matters. Because you simply cannot please everybody.
I see the tragedy in Oslo as a direct consequence of all these attempts for "egalité", but no quite...

Social Network Prejudice

"I need to do something substantial..."
I keep repeating it myself because I finally start to lose faith in my own abilities. I am trying to organize things but it appears that I am not welcome in the heart of Europe. Perhaps if I found any job I will be so glad that I would become mainstream. It is hard to accept that many people less qualified than me has a better chance of starting a work. I do not feel that there is any free competition for any position. People here, in Luxembourg, have found how to live without any considerable effort. It seems that if they hold strong enough the insurance and the banking services everything else arrange by itself. There are a lot of people from the whole European union who spend a lot of money here. There are several gigantic companies registered here because of the tax concessions. As for the low qualified jobs the local Portuguese minority is used. And they are happy because of the very high standard of living.
I, on the other hand, I am an average specialist in legal matters, also in painting. I am trying to sell something because I firmly believe that one should try all he can do. I consider myself a specialist in maintaining tennis courts, also managing the later. But still I am not welcomed...
The difference is that I am loyal and do my best efforts for my employers. And I am good at it.
I admire the United States because I think the important thing is the good work. And they judge less by one's nationality.
European union is not competitive enough.

Luxembourg

The idea of a big European family seems a little vague. I am trying to find a job but I get rejected from the start because I need a work permit although I am an Eoropean citizen. I tried to be a maintenance worker at tennis clubs, something I am very good at, but nobody paid attention. And I had recommendations! Then I tried to paint and sell. as I expected nothing happened, maybe I am not good enough.

The next step is to try some cooking..

Iron Sky

I've just watched the Iron Sky trailer and thought why nobody makes a film for the communists? Why always the nazis are so strongly denied, laughed at, why they are the super villains? Not that I justify their actions somehow but I think that the soviet and all other communist are greatly underestimated. They are equally evil, even more - they do not follow any morals and they easily transform. They mimic.
Why they are not the cool bad guys in the films? Because they are crappy looking and not reasonably cruel. This doesn't sell well...

The Day after Yesterday
